羅懷青，男，1978年10月生，教授，博士，碩士生導師，長沙3044永利集团副校長。2002年7月本科畢業于南昌大學3044永利集团臨床醫學專業，2012年7月碩士畢業于中國地質大學（武漢）生理學專業，2019年6月博士畢業于中南大學生理學專業。研究方向：1. 外周和中樞免疫異常在神經退行性疾病中的作用機制研究 ；2. 腦神經元可塑性及其機制研究。講授《生理學 》、《機能實驗學》等課程。主持湖南省自然科學基金面上項目2項、省教育廳科學研究雙一流重點項目等6項，發表論文32篇（SCI論文12篇）。指導大學生參加“第五屆全國大學生基礎醫學創新論壇暨實驗設計大賽”獲一等獎。獲湖南省自然科學獎三等獎1項。
