何林方，男，醫學碩士，碩士生導師，主任醫師。嶽陽市中心醫院消化内科大主任，内科消化中心主任。湖南省醫學會消化内鏡專業委員會委員，湖南省消化内科質量控制中心委員，嶽陽市消化内鏡質量控制中心副主任委員。

研究領域：消化内科及消化内鏡。主持省科技廳項目1項，主要參與省衛健委科研課題1項，藥物臨床試驗近二十項。獲嶽陽市科技進步二等獎1項。
